Molecular cuisine
 | Do you want to be a good cook? Learn physics and chemistry. A "molecular cuisine" will be a topic of next meeting of the Silesian Science Cafe. Let's meet on the 5th of November at 6 pm at the Rondo Sztuki in Katowice (Eye of the City). |
Prof. Ernest Aleks Bartnik - the physicist, the cook and the reviewer - will be our guest. During the meeting there will be also a concert of "Uninhibited trio" band. Thanks to the initiative "Partnerstwo dla Przyszłości" the discussion will be broadcast live in the Internet and explained to the sign language.
